Confused Need a little help on this site

Can someone tell me how to add the medical issues at the bottom as they appear in some folks posts? I just tried to firgure it out again and well I just dont want to let it go again.

That would be in your signature area - go to User CP - here- ( http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/usercp.php )

and look down the list on the left for Edit Signature - a short cut to it - hope it works for you -

a box should come up where you can add the info you what and then be sure to go to the bottom to preview &/or save it when all done.
