Smile Happy Face at last

Gosh I had to share some good news. I just bundled up to take my rent to the drop box. It was 24 degrees, sunny and windy. I felt a lift in my step I am not used to at all so rather than go back inside I decided to walk the parking lot. By the time I got out to the lot I was looking for another mark to walk to cause my body was surprising me. It was across the street this time. Boy was I loving the feeling in my body that was allowing me to walk at at a nice pace. Even a little brisk pace for me. Out on the street I spotted a trash bin in front of someones house down the next block. I headed for that excitedly. By the time I was done I had walked over a block. I cant even tell you the last time this has happened.

My head so needed this.
