Default Home aid came sick yesterday!

The girl I usually is really on the ball and would not come sick. She was injured so I was told someone else would becoming. I wasnt clearly told it would be temporary so I was concerned it was more than that. I heard her cough in the hall before she even got in. Now this was a person who had grandchildren so I was surprised she didnt know better when it became obviuos she was constantly coughing, sniffling and clearing stuff from her throat.

The worst part was after I reported this to the staff nurse she called to inform me that perhaps it was best for anyone who comes to where a mask and gloves and even a gown. Now this is over kill but I listened. I said I had talked to my daughter and we had discussed masks earlier that day if the responsibility had to be on me. Then in one of her remarks she said that 'I' could make the worker sick! Now how is that relevant! I am the one with 2 autoimmue diseases and she makes it about me!!

I did some calling and research today and found out that this agency isnt even on the state rating site. And in another rating site I found it is listed but only at the bottom with an astrick saying not enough data could be collected. I called another place that was rated high and asked first if they had staff to cover me. My human services worker remarked she chose the one I have because they had staff to cover me. This place said sure they had staff.

I like my other girl who I have had but I sure dont like this agency I have it they are gonna treat me this irresponsibly and crappy. This is not the only incident. They have been piling up.
