Default physical therapy

I was given a few easy arm exercises with 2-3# weights. Tricept and bicept curls. Using a band to wrap around a post or doorknob and doing "rowing" moves with that as long as you can do them for..usually 25. Also was given some lower body easy exercises to strengthen my core, back and legs.I don't overdo it as it would take awhile for me to recuperate. I also added a few easy Yoga positions. My physical therapist said that Yoga would be good. I am looking into Tai Chi as my balance is so bad and the tai chi looks like it would help with that.I try the treadmill when it suites me to get some cardio. I would love to go outside and walk, but since there are still some slick areas from the snow falls, I don't dare do that. Walking on ice just doesn't go with MG!
