Default Myositis and me update

Sorry I have been absent. The added activity and probably the inflammation in my body that is more than just MG has me worse. I have been in an increasingly low point and tried to keep going thinking it would be ok and with tanning I would improve generally not go down. But with the added activity of my grandaughters birthday Sunday and the required appointment with the homeaid agency nurse I am in a really bad way. I got too hot Tuesday too. I miss my old tan place. They knew me and made it easier to tan. Even the hottest beds I had used at that place is not as hot as the beds, the rooms where I now go. Even the fans mostly blow hot air. Sure there is a more expensive bed that has AC but cant afford that.

I told myself if I was still having myositis symptoms of a larger degree by the end of this week I would go to a doctor. AFter some of your postings under my decision post I made a list of who I could go to for it. I sent an email to my daughter about this this this afternoon.

thank you for your caring.

Hi, Annie. I just logged on to send you a message to find out if you were all right. I'm glad you're going to go to the doctor.
