Default excrutiating pain to doc sooner

I called my daughter and said we may need to go to new doc sooner or make other arrangements. I had to call my pcp lastnite at 11pm due to the horrific pain I was still in after 8th dose of hydrocondone the last of the day per rules of use. I told the oncall doc it was myositis that was returning. He asked a few questions and I asked if we could do something to help but not make me call my daughter to go to ER as I am disabled. He said take another hydrocodone imediately (he asked how strong my presciption was). He said 2 so close could help. That and cold packs from freezer and a big dose of mestinon got me to bed for 4 hours of sleep.

I realized this morn that when the mestinon is worn off it is worse. The muscles get locked up seeming to make it all worse. The high ended up making me lose track of mesti last nite so I hadnt taken an evening dose so that didnt help I think. This morn when the 2 hydro and the mestinon kicked in it was this massive and BLESSED relief causing these waves of release in my head muscles.

I told my duaghter it might not wait till monday. I have to call my pcp back about my pain med as he's not gonna want me likely to take too much of hydro clear till monday. I have alot of new fruit in the house so I am gonna hit that hard today hopefully helping enough to get me thru. I hate to go to this new neuro in this much distress. It will be harder to think, and communicate. But showing up so so sick in July of 08 to a neuro was the closest I have gotten to real diagnosis.

Annie, I'm sorry you're going through this, but I hope it has the effects you were hoping for when you were considering wearing yourself out on purpose--but without the danger. Let us know how it goes--when you're up to it.
