Well, Tony, being sleep deprived for almost 3 years due to a dog with pancreatitis and a high fiber, low fat and unpredictable eating and pooping schedule tends to make someone not so into minute details. He's in a flare right now and I'm not exactly concentrating on anything but him.
What I should have said was that I believe we do indeed have the ability to increase our muscle strength to some degree. So, in that sense, I don't agree with what you said. And even though I don't agree with that, I support you in what you do and in the great suggestions that you made. |

I am interested in PT if I do not get better. I have had 2 rounds as a result of a compression fracture. Kyphosis, which I had elimininted after much hard work, came back as this first episode of weakness came on. Now my knees wobble instead of locking so that I can walk upright. At 78 I recall polio victims with braces. If this does not resolve, I will look for braces to lock the knees. I am wondering if very shortpractices walking between bars will help my legs and back. I know my therapist from before and she was surprised to see me walking normally again 2 years ago. Here I go again!
