Default I slept so well last night

I took my Mestinon at about 720 (late at night for me) I usually take at meals, anyway ended up in bed at 9pm and slept so well last night! I think maybe I should go on timed released Mestinon at night.

I would agree based on my experience. I take mine just before I go to bed and am fine in the morning About once a year, I goof up and forgt it and boy, can I tell the difference in the morning! I am so weak and shakey!

Good luck and of course, always check with your doctor.
