Default finding my feet

This may be my imagination, or it may be something normal I just never noticed before. I do know it's not a known MG symptom. What it is, is that sometimes if I'm sitting or lying still, I'm not quite sure what position my feet, or sometimes hands, are in. I first noticed this before I got a diagnosis, and then forgot about it, but I've been noticing it again lately.

I know that the term for what I'm having trouble with is "proprioception." I guess I'm just wondering if this is normal, or if anyone else has experienced it. If I wiggle my toes, then I know where they are. My trouble is very mild, and I'd probably never notice it at all if this disease didn't keep throwing me curve-balls.

Smile

This experience used to happen to me a lot. I think, but don't know, that it is a natural occurance. It happens sometimes when I meditate or when I am completely relaxed, some kind of seperation of the mind from the body.

I do know that this only happens when I am relaxed and I haven't been able to relax for quite some time.

I don't think it is anything to be concerned about. When I was a kid I used to try to make it happen, it was fun and difficult to accomplish.
