Reading up above about Lamisil. I have toenail fungus on both big toes that won't go away. It is treated best with lamisil, but my neuro won't let me use it since I am on CellCept. I had to use the Pencal polish, which didn't help.

So I can have laser treatment to get rid of it, have the toenails removed, or live with it.

I chose live with it. No more sandals for me unless they are close toed.

Sounds strange...but put vicks vapo rub on nails and nail beds faithfully at bedtime. Do NOT cover - except for white cotton sock to save your sheets.

It's an old wive's tale...and whether or not it actually kills the fungus, I don't know. But it will restore your nails back to looking like normals nails!! No more yellow, flakey nails!! I've been doing this for years.

Hmmm, thanks SUEV I will have to try that. We do that when we have a bad cold in the winter time.
