I guess my biggest problem is I was very active and healthy for 70 years. So it is hard for me to wrap my brain around all these problems that MG is making me face.
I have the same problem with my food going through me too fast. I have found a high calorie drink that taste ok. I will look for a peppermint tea today and give that a try.

Mike, Are you sure the weight loss is from not eating enough? Has your primary doc done simple tests like a CBC? Just be sure there isn't some other cause, okay? ;)
