Hope you have the same. I'm pretty tired right now been cooking for 2 days. Only one more round and I'll be done. My son and his family comes Thursday but think I got enough leftovers.

Thanks Celeste!

I am spending the holidays with an MG friend I met online 12 years ago. We live way across the country from each other, but this is the second time we've met! Last night we were at a party and there was another woman there with MG. It's nice to not feel so alone in this!

Hoping that the new year is good for everyone!

Merry christmas, happy holidays and best wishes for a healthier 2013 for all of us!

3 people with MG in same room? Interesting

Thanks I did have a lovely Christmas!

I was practicing saving energy on many different levels this Xmas: recognizing and anticipating my own patterns of potential energy loss - knowing when to walk away from a situation a little earlier than usual to save valuable energy.

This Xmas I also spread out and shared out the tasks as usual. Pay back time after using deltoids more than usual was zero for deltoids this year.
Core energy stayed intact. My only symptom this holiday was a little bit of coughing on spit & some food consistencies slipping down the esophagus somewhat uninvited, the day after hosting a rather large population for dinner, probably as a delayed result of too much eating the night before and perhaps more than just a slight overuse of vocal chords over too many hours!

You have a Happy New Year, Celeste
