Default go jump in a lake

...or at least walk slowly into one. I think soaking in cold water helps me a lot. The problem is that it takes so much energy to get to the lake, and home from it, that I don't know if it's something I can do very often. But in the cold water, I feel almost normal. I even did some swimming (not over my head). If I could get into cold water every day, I could actually get some exercise.

Someone tell me that filling up the tub with cold water is a really stupid idea...or cold showers? Aerobics while taking a cold shower? I know that exercise isn't going to fix the muscle weakness caused by MG, but I'm sure I'd feel better in other ways if I could move around more.
