Default thymectomy opinions wanted

Ken, I'm giving your question its own thread so that it can attract the attention of people who have knowledge or experience in this area. You can also click on "search this forum" in the upper right, and type "thymectomy" into the box. Welcome, and we wish you the best.

Plus there is the timing. I am in the Army but will now be discharged b/c of MG so it would be wise to do the surgery first since idk where I will end up. It seems the docs at UNC are some of the best so I would want them to do it while I am here. Please, any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you

Ken
