Heart Back for good!

HELLO ALL!

I HAVE MISSED YOU SO MUCH!

IT HAS BEEN A TOUGH YEAR - A REALLY TOUGH ONE - SO I TOOK SOME TIME OFF - BUT I JUST HAD TO COME BACK AND CHECK ON EVERYONE!

STILL DEALING WITH THE MG, BUT THE PRED, I WAS ON CAUSED CUSHINGS - AND MADE ME LOSE 5-6 INCHES DUE TO BACK FRACTURES, AND GAIN 145 LBS IN LESS THAN 9 MONTHS, AND ARTHRITIS, BUUUUUUUUUUUUT- - IT IS UNDER CONTROL NOW! I HAVE LOST 100 LBS- IN 7 MONTHS, I CAN WALK WITHOUT MY WALKER MOST OF THE TIME AND I AM DOWN TO 5 MG OF PRED DAILY!

I HOPE EVERYONE IS FEELING GREAT! MISSED YOU GUYS!

LOVE,
ERIN

Well... My hubby and the kids are great. My daughter is in first grade this year and loving it. My son is getting so big. My husband works so much, but he has been able to spend a little more time with us lately somehow. Which I'm loving!

My MS has been on a rampage. I'm kind of in a holding pattern with the doctor, we don't want to go to the next medicine, but the one I'm on isn't working. So we just add new medicines for symptoms.

I have been trying to keep up with housework, the kids, the hubby and meals. Trying being a key word.

How about you? How are you doing now? How is your son? Your hubby? I'm so glad to hear from you!

Love,
Kristie

Erin,

So absolutely wonderful to hear from you!! Sorry doesn't begin to express what I feel about all that you have been through...but at least you finally have some truly positive medical advances going on now.

How you have kept your spirit so upbeat is beyond me girl -- you are a bit of a miracle!! How's the family (son / hubby) and your little niece...still in NY?

Heart Hi Kristie!

Great to hear from you! Your little girl is in the 1st grade? They grow up too fast!
It is fabulous that your hubby is spending more time with you - I know how lonely having a chronic illness can be!
My "baby" will be 20 soon - 20!!!!! My hubby has been really great! He is still feeding the homeless and trying is best to be understanding.
I'm so sorry to hear you are still having problems - have you dr's tried to give you IVIG? I know quite a few people with MS that have had some really amazing results.......
Once again - you are so sweet to stop by and say hello - I've missed this place so much! You are great!

Love,
Erin

Heart HI Suev!

Hi sweetie! Boy, do you have a fabulous memory! LOL!

My family is doing great! I've got my mom here with us...she was living with my lil' sis' and needed a place after they moved up North!

It has been a fight,, but God has been merciful and I am finally starting to feel decent again! I remember one idiot Dr.who told me to "give up." Cannot WAIT to see him again and show him that he was waaaaaaaaaaay wrong!

Enough about me - how have you been? What have you been up to?

Love,
Erin
