I have learned to live with side effects of Mestinon. I never took Cellcept. I did take Pred and I'm pretty sure it caused me an attack of diverticulitsis and 5 days in the hospital. No more Pred for me. I'm pretty sure my Imuran has caused me to lose 30 pounds but my weight is stable now at 145. I'm 71 years old.

I have been taking all three drugs for 2/12 yrs.

I tolerate them much better as time passes but I have also changed my diet considerably.

Less cramps, nausea and now I sleep is better. Also less brainfog.

One thing I forgot is Pred will raise your blood sugars. I was told if I stayed on Pred I would have to go on insulin. I did get a few 300 readings while on Pred.

I'm jealous, I wish I could burn off the brainfog.
