Post MG Musk experience

Has anyone here been diagnosed with Musk positive MG? My wife has been diagnosed with it about 10 months ago now and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their experience with this form of the condition?

In particular how long did it take to get it fairly stable and what medications are you on and have you tried in the past that did not work so well perhaps? My wife is currently on 25mg prednisone per day and 250mg Aza per day along with calcium and vitamin D...

Otherwise all the best to everyone on this forum and thanks in advance for any information relating to Musk MG. Most information I have googled relates to medical publications but I am more interested in first hand accounts of this type of MG.
