Default anemia

Has anybody had any problems with anemia that may be connected to IVIG treatments? I have been anemic since starting Imuran so it was stopped after 2 weeks but am still anemic after another 2 weeks. I am grasping at straws at to figure out what could be causing it. My iron level is fine. Any suggestions would be helpful-

I have IVIG every 2 weeks and have for the last year - don't have any problems with anemia. Hope you figure out what the problem is!
