Default Has anyone ever had nitroglycerine, and felt an immediate difference?

I am "possible MG" per neuro and just yesterday received a referral to a different neuro who specializes in MG in our area.

A few months ago I had a super intense flare of weakness (first warm/hot weather after winter) that caused rapidly beating heart, too weak to walk, and tired voice to talk. When I was in the ER (didn't know about MG at that point) they gave me a nitroglycerine tablet. They told me "you shouldn't feel a difference" from it.

Pretty much right away my body felt like it had breathed a sigh of relief. It felt better.

My heart has since been deemed healthy (as I would expect), but I wonder about a myasthenic crisis and nitroglycerine. Does anyone here know or have experience with this combo? thank

I have never heard of nitro being attributed to improvement in an MG patient.
