I don't really know. Next time it happens, I'll try to think about it that way and see if it fits.
Actually, I guess that could be it. If feels like my head is sort of swooning. Maybe it literally is and my sense of balance is must telling me what is going on.

I don't know if that's what's going on with you, but I am still astounded by how long it took me to understand certain things that were happening in my own body. Sometimes my neck gets weak, and my head sort of wobbles on top of it. It feels like it's loose. Since I'm not making my head tilt around on purpose--it's just happening to me--it can make me feel sort of dizzy. I once read someone on this forum say that the weakness in her neck made her feel car-sick when she rode in a car, which makes sense: it's extra motion. Anyway, definitely pay attention and see what you think.

When I get dizzy, it is a similar feeling to swinging on a swing or slowly waving my head around. It could be that my head is rolling around up there. I wonder if the whole world around me looks at me and thinks I'm an old drunk. Lol. Oh well. It must not be that bad. I still have a job.
