No, but my pain doctor wanted me to try it and my old neuro didn't object if that makes you feel better. He is, of course, my old neuro for a reason, though.

Unfortunately, my insurance company said I wasn't diagnosed with anything that should cause me to be tired and they wouldn't pay for it (and its really expensive out of pocket), so I never tried it.
