I do believe you should be assertive. If you really do not want to try the herbs then say something like:

"That is so kind of you, I know you absolutely trust what you sell, but for me, at the moment, I am truly happy with the meds I take. I feel comfortable on them, which is very important to me. However thank you so much for thinking of me and if in the future I want to try herbal remedies I certainly know where to come".
