So far all summer, any day that I have off, I have pushed myself to get out in the heat and get some things done. Today I spent most of the day inside in the cool. I was actually able to get several little projects done and I feel a lot better than normal. I think that the heat is killing me. I can't wait for cooler weather!!

Same here for me as well however I am starting to find that short brief things few minutes at a time are tolerable so long as I go back into AC and cool down. By the way I keep my home AC set at 72 during the day and 69 when I am sleeping whether I am home or not (ok, well I am home most of time anyway :-)
I went to ranch today at 6:30 pm and it was still too hot to do anything it give horses some love and apples. Stil was nice to be out for even half hour. |
