Ps I tried brain age type games on other products and they were not as effective for me, probably bcs with other devices there are too many distractors (how to play, setup, whatever) whereas I can play three brain age games in less than 2 minutes.

I have found another advantage of arcade type computer games. It helps you learn how to move your eyes and co-ordinate them with your hands without letting them fatigue.
I never score high, but this is also another advantage-learning to accept doing things much less well, as long as you do them at all. (not an easy task for an ambitious person).

I am not spending time worrying about being rushed to the ER...

What I was interested in was to hear about other people´s experiences. You hear a lot of people saying they had emergency trips to the ER on account of their breathing and I was wondering about the experiences they had encountered whilst needing someone else´s assistance to be able to breathe independently again – If those experiences were not too personal to share in this thread.

But it can be difficult enough to ask the right questions in familiar territory -never mind in a field that is not your own!

Thanks
