Default Food to avoid

Is there any foods I do or do not need to eat with MG. I am getting mixed info online. For example can I eat cheese? I am new to this and not sure what to eat.

Anything you can get down, barring anything that's caused you problems in the past, is fine. Of course for the betterment of your physical health in general, you should strive to eat as healthily as you can afford.
