Default Trial, study results

Does anyone know how I can find out what the results of drug trials are? I am curious to find out what happened with the trial in UK on orphan drug monarsen and whether or not it will soon be offered in the USA as well as interested in reading what happened with some other trials I found have been done in last 5 years or so?

Any on-going clinical trial world-wide will be listed here:

http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/result...sthenia+gravis

As you can see, not an overwhelming amount of them.

And none of them (as far as I could see) include seronegative or even MuSK MG patients.

This is the inclusion criteria of one of those studies.

Quote:
Established diagnosis of myasthenia based on: the presence of fatigable weakness of ocular, oropharyngeal, and/or limb muscles AND the presence of abnormal acetylcholine receptor binding antibodies ≥ 0.4 nmol/l.
As to the monarsen study-The first phases were completed a few years ago (again only on AchR MG patients) and no further studies were conducted in MG (to the best of my knowledge), instead they are now trying to develop it as a drug for IBD.
