Default help!!

Hi All!! Its been awhile since I have been on here and now I'm back to see if any of you can help me. I am in quite a bit of pain on my right side, (tightness, feels swollen). I have actually had 2 ultrasounds and going on my third one tomorrow for my gallbladder. The tech tells me there is so much gas in my stomach its hard to get any good pictures, yet the Dr that reads them seems to see nothing wrong. I am also having a colonoscopy Friday and I'm so scared. I am supposed to take dulcolax pills and drink a mix of miralax with gatorade the day before. I am wondering if any of you know if this stuff can make M.G. worse? I feel bad enough so I dont need to get any worse.

I've done this prep and it had no impact on my MG issues. Eating lightly 24 hours before you begin the prep will keep the cramping down. Do be sure to let them know you have MG before they administer the sedative.
Good Luck - I hope they find the issue and can get it resolved.

I take miralax 2x per day for several years without any problems. I do get cramping from dulcolax though. Good luck!

I did the prep for the upper (endoscopy) and lower(colonoscopy) GI and had no issues with the MG. I even had neoplasms removed and no problem.

The prep is worse than the procedure. Get plenty of rest when it is all over.
Good luck
