Default Mestinon wierdness

There's something I've noticed this past week and would like to understand what's going on. The Mestinon I'm taking (60 mg every 4 hours) is working for my breathing muscles and trapezius. It's also helping other muscles I can't pinpoint, but it's doing nothing for my neck and facial muscles, and I've noticed that when I walk I almost fall at times. My legs want to give out on me. Something that only happens when I over work myself. I've been taking it easy lately and don't know if my legs are just getting worse or if a part of my muscles are overdosing.

Don't get me wrong; I'd rather be in a wheelchair than to not breathe, but is this a normal reaction to Mestinon?

Mesty can be "odd". It can make SOME muscles stronger -- and at the same time, make OTHER muscles weaker -- sort of like a Mesty "overdose" in just "some" muscles.

If I take enough to make my talking last a little longer, my legs and neck feel weaker.

So, I just usually take a "mid-level" dose -- 90 mg every 4 hours. I'm not gonna get my voice back to "normal", regardless -- and I'd rather be able to walk and NOT have my neck ache constantly.
