Hi and welcome to the group.

I hope someone else chimes in here with an answer to your question; I've only had plex once and it was to reset me in the midst of a crisis - it worked wonderfully for me, but I'm not on ongoing plex therapy. Didn't want you to think your question was going ignored here

I have one exchange every 5.5 weeks (once every month + one week...) and that´s what keeping me in good shape even though I´m tapering Pred (10 and 6 mg on alternate days). That is why I´m cautious but I will go for 6.5 maybe 7, week cycles in the next future.
