Default erectile dysfunction in myasthenia gravis

Hello I have been diagnosed with MG for 4 YEARS I am on prednisone 20 every other day and mestinon 540 mg daily between sustained release and extended unfortunately I can not acquire IVIG now secondary to insurance problems .
For the last one year I can't maintain an erection . I feel like I ran a marathon. I tried to search online and even using medical programs like uptodate and they did not even mention that sexual dysfunction is caused my MG although it makes sense and they mentioned mestinon may cause that. I used to be on higher dose of mestinon but I reduced it since i was causing diarrhea and muscle cramps ?
Anybody has an idea about relationship between ED and MG ?
Any literature supporting viagara cilas or any other drugs

I looked up cialis and there is nothing on their website that states that you shouldn't use it.

Hi, badar. Welcome. You know the penis has muscles that control it too. I suggest you speak to your primary doctor and possibly a urologist. You want to make sure exactly what is going on first before you throw a drug at the problem.

I honestly don't think it's the Mestinon. Again, talk to your doctor and try to figure out what's going on first. MG can affect any of the 640 skeletal muscles in the body, especially those that are used more often.
