Since my fall the skin/muscle below my eyebrow and above my eyelid is sagging so much it is nearly swallowing my eyes. My one eyelid still has occasional ptosis, but the skin above it sags so bad all time. Does anyone else experience this? I do not think it is merely age since it came on suddenly. I am assuming this is part of MG.

Yeah, it's part of MG.
When I'm really bad, my nose even droops. Nose ptosis, lovely. I often look like I need a facelift. Any skeletal muscle can get weak and droop in MG. And we have 640 of them. It can also be a sign that your MG is worsening and that you need more treatments! Annie |

that's a huge issues with me.. it makes me look like i'm scowling! I have never had "hooded" eyes, they have always been very open, and now its like my eyebrow sits on my eyelashes when it's bad! i am shocked when I look at pictures of myself before I got my first IVIG treatment.. and now that I"m stretching my IVIG out that 3rd week my eyebrows droop horribly.. as Annie said my nose droops to - its so weird. .Post partum from both of my kids I felt like my upper lip was much more full, my face felt funny.. but now i know it's my nose drooping- pushing out my upper lip more... I look funny! :0!! (I am not confirmed MG- they think possibly seronegative)

I so know what you are talking about My right eyebrow is about a half inch lower than my left from the facial weakness I have.. Saw a picture of me taken over the weekend and I looked so weird. i hate it. |

I have that too but when I posted a pic of it in one of the Facebook groups someone said it wasn't MG. I never had it before though! I have never had much ptosis at all but my eyebrows definitely sink when I'm weak. They aren't like they used to be in general. I also get a lot of swelling in that area when I'm weak which seems weird. They get droopy and all puffy.
