The orthopedic doctor ordered Physical therapy for my knee after the last fall. I am a little concerned after Quandry's post. They ordered stretching, strengthening exercise, hot and cold therapy and tens. I am little concerned about the tens and heat. Do you think I should ask them to skip these?

TENS should be fine and heat might be fine if it is followed by cold. I think you should always be open to trying things as we cannot discover our limits without testing them a little.
Feel better soon! |
