Default Today's EMG & CT

Greetings,

I had my EMG and CT scan today. At my EMG, I felt like a celebrity because there were many med students in the room observing.

I'm hoping that I won't have to do the EMG ever again - I felt like I was a mouse and they shocked me every time I went the wrong way in the maze

Good news - the attending for the EMG was the specialist that my Neuro wanted me to see. He looks like the founder of Facebook. He was nice enough...a bit annoyed that his fellows didn't use the right equipment the first time. Yes, I had my face done twice! I'm still twitching

At the end of my exam, he said that he will contact my Neuro with the results and that I might be seeing him or one of his colleagues soon. Not exactly a clear diagnosis but I think he was leaning to MG.

I had my CT after that and BOY am I glad that I listened closely to the nurse who told me about the dye and the immediate urge to pee . It was my first CT with contrast...lol

I'm glad most of the tests are done. I'm hoping for some answers now...thanks for letting me share!
