Cool

I have been lurking here and keeping up with everyone. I am still finding my way and learning my limits.
I am so lnspired by those who are going through tough times with this disease, I kind of feel guilty for doing so well. I know I am early in my disease process and things can change at anytime. I appreciate those who share their experiences so we can be better prepared for what may come

Here is the link for Dr. Fuhrman. He is famous for his "Eat to Live" book. I am all for a healthy diet to improve health. But I do not think a change in diet can solely reverse autoimmune diseases. It is plain to see how a change in diet can reverse diabetes or high cholesterol. But how can it stop the Thymus from creating antibodies? He also promotes fasting, Here is the link.
