I have been lurking here and keeping up with everyone. I am still finding my way and learning my limits.
I am so lnspired by those who are going through tough times with this disease, I kind of feel guilty for doing so well. I know I am early in my disease process and things can change at anytime. I appreciate those who share their experiences so we can be better prepared for what may come Sandy |

Here is the link for Dr. Fuhrman. He is famous for his "Eat to Live" book. I am all for a healthy diet to improve health. But I do not think a change in diet can solely reverse autoimmune diseases. It is plain to see how a change in diet can reverse diabetes or high cholesterol. But how can it stop the Thymus from creating antibodies? He also promotes fasting, Here is the link.
