Thumbs up

I take Krill oil (Life Extension) and have no problem with it. My Neuro is aware and has not told me to stop it. He did have me stop magnesium, melatonin and coQ 10.
I would give it a try and see how you respond.
Good Luck

why did the doctor stop the magnesium, malatonin and coQ10. It is interesting because my husband went to the chiro and looked at his omgea 6 and 3s and vitamin D and said a MG patient could not take those because of some of the ingredients. What does these have to do with MG. Just curious. I knew some antibiotics were off limits. Is there a list of what MGers should have and should not have and why.

They all affect the neuromuscular junction according to my Neuro. I have not done my own investigation yet. I am taking L-tryptophan for sleep with no problems.
