It means that your blood tested positive for myasthenia gravis, so the first step in diagnosing you is confirmed and out of the way. There are many MGers that are seronegative (blood tests are negative), and go undiagnosed for many years. The numbers themselves are not supposed to be indicative of the progression or seriousness of the disease. My numbers are currently off the charts high but I am symptom and medication free and have been since my thymectomy. Welcome to the MG world, read as much as you can about the disease so when the doctors overload you with medical info you'll have some idea what they're talking about.
