I was reading an article and it said the biggest difference in MG and MS symptoms are that you get pain in your legs and sometimes pins and needle feeling and you do not in MG. So with mg do your legs feel weak and heavy but no pain? I get pins needles pain, heaviness and weak. IM just curious how your legs feel.

I have MG but not MS. I've had pain, pins and needles in my legs, but it's been awhile. I think I correlated it with B12 deficiency at the time, which has since been remedied.
