For the most part do you have pain when you have muscle weakness or just weak muscles. I have weak muscles without any pain and sometimes I do have pain and I do have muscles spasms. I am just trying to see how mg works. A week ago I had a lot of pain and weak muscles for three days. Most everyday I have weak jaw or tongue. Yesterday I was fine just a little tired but nothing major. Today my legs are extremely weak, I can barley pick them up. when I sat down it is hard because my leg muscles are not wanting to holding me up. They just starting hurt a little but I feel like it because I keep trying to walk but the pain is not like I had a week ago.

My muscles are tender when kids jump on them... back before IVIG just the act of walking around (not even walking a block) would exhaust my muscles like I ran a marathon.. the next 3-4 days I felt like I ran a marathon, i was SO sore! Doesn't happen often now though , since being on IVIG

I have a lot of pain with MG. I know it is from MG, because after IVIG the pain is gone and then it slowly returns. I am in terrible pain now and my breathing is bad. I am scheduled for IVIG this week.

I get muscle soreness & achiness, but I also get the sensation of sharp stabbing (not on movement) sporaticly in my muscles. When they get very week, they vibrate and tremble. And if the legs are very weak, they go numb from the knees down.
