Default Atlanta Neurologist or Thoracic surgeon - Any recommendations?

I am travelling to the US in May and will be in Atlanta, GA.

Can anyone recommend a good Neurologist who specializes in MYASTHENIA GRAVIS?

I would also like to meet with a Thoracic Surgeon who has experience with MYASTHENIA GRAVIS patients and specifically 'Thymectomy without Thymoma.'

Thank you in advance for any tips.

Feel free to private message me if you don't want your username attached to the Doctor ;-)
