Default First Near Crisis

I am in the process of trying to pass my 51st kidney stone. This is all I can figure that triggered what happened to me two days ago. The first thing I noticed was that when I started to replace a gallon of milk in the refrigerator my left arm collapsed twice before I could raise it high enough to get it in. I switched arms and thought everything was OK. Next I noticed trouble swallowing the milk. Half would go down and the other half would go up or get stuck causing me to gag and cough. Next symptom was my eyes started "jumping" when I would look to right or left. All this progressed to the point that I couldn't push my self up off the couch without great difficulty. I should have noticed how quickly all this was progressing but I didn't. I went out to the car and collapsed trying to get in. It took my wife and my nephew to pull me up and get me into the car. I went to the doctor yesterday, got confirmation of the kidney stone and my mestinon upped again to 60mg 6 times per day. My symptoms are almost gone now, thank God. If it had been just a little worse my breathing would have been affected. I could still breathe, but I could not muster enough strength to blow my nose. This is the first time I have had such symptoms and I certainly didn't realise that they could come on in just a couple of hours. Do attacks like this usually come on lightning fast??
