Default Tart Cherry?
I am curious to know if anyone here takes Tart Cherry Capsules? And if you do, are there any side effects from it? Does it effect your MG any? Make it better? Or Worse? I just got some from Puritan's Pride, and well kinda iffy to take them or not.

Why are you taking them? Does it say if the stems are included?

It's always better to have the real deal, than a pill. Have you tried freeze dried cherries?

Personally, I would never take a supplement if I could get what I need from food. But that's me.

I buy the dried cherries.... they are nice and reduce my inflammation! There are studies out there about them.

I had heard that they were good for gout. I've never tried them.
