Default Lost voice?

Does anyone else lose their voice after eating?
This started happening to me after I eat lunch. Ithought it was a fluke thing but its now happened a couple days in a row.
Im not having trouble chewing any more, but the voice thing is really bothering me.

My voice gets weaker when the rest of my muscles do.. If i have a cough or anything like that too.. GERD/Reflux can affect your vocal cords, and would be worse after eating- does it feel like you have heartburn?

No heartburn, just a hoarse voice and tightness, like an allergic reaction? But its happened with many different foods. Going to the neuro tomorrow to try to figure it out.

Humm... I would think GERD would be high on the list.. or do the foods have a lot of potassium in them? I know that can affect some people? Good luck, let us know what the neuro says!
