Default myasthenia gravis and bells palsy a connection?

hi , i have a probable diagnosis of mg a few weeks ago. I'm 28 year old female. i had bells palsy quite severely 1 year ago, it lasted 6 months and almost needed my eye stitched shut due to keriotitis (drying of eye) but with steroids at the 4 month mark it started to improve and was 90% gone at 6 months. i also had it 2 times at the age of 16. i had it on my left side of face for 4 weeks it went away then within days it was on the other side of face for a few weeks, i have read theres a possible connect, just wanting others thoughts on this.. kind regards

I'm not aware of any connection - perhaps someone else will come along with other information.
