Default Seeking experience with Neurologist in Jacksonville Fl.

I was diagnosed with MG 2 years ago by testing positive on the blood tests after Ptosis, double vision, tunnel vision etc. My Neuro put me on Prednisone, 80 MG, (Mestinon had no effect), monthly IVIG (after 5 dose start) and a CPAP machine. I have since tapered to 10 MG on the pred. He is leaving Baptist neurology and going into private practice. I have to make a decision, stay with him, go to another Baptist Neurologist or go elsewhere (MAYO?) I like Baptist, I am just blocks from one of their satellite hospitals and from my PC doctor but am wondering if I should look around. I am about 40 miles from the MAYO clinic and they seem to be the Cadillac for MG care. Any experience from anyone in Jacksonville is welcome. Also does anyone have experiences to share where the Neuro is from one system and the other doctors from another. MAYO seems to have a team approach. If I switch will it make sense to switch my other doctors as well.
