Question Numbness under shoulder blade

This may not be in any way related to my MG but I figured i'd ask around while i'm waiting to get into my doctors office. Here recently i've started experiencing numbness under my left should blade in my back. Its almost like the pins and needles feeling you get when your foot falls a sleep. It doesn't hurt just drives me crazy cuz it feels awkward. It does this multiple times throughout the day and it's only under my left shoulder blade never anywhere else. Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea as to what could be causing this.
