Smile Too much Mestinon?

I recently had my Nuro change my Mestinon to 6 - 60mg per day. I am no better than the 5 I was on. I can't help but wonder if I'm getting too much. Seems like my symptoms have become worse.
Is it possible that my MG has gone to remission a bit, and I'm taking even more. Originally I started at 3 x 60 per day. I did great. I see my Nuro in 3 weeks, and will bring this up for sure.
If anyone has any input, it would sure be nice.

My original nuro put me on 3 -60mg mestinon 2.times a day. That was 10 years ago and now if I take the whole 180mg I get SEVERE stomach cramps, EXPLOSIVE diarrhea, EXTREME dizzyness to the poin t of passing out. I've dropped it to 135mg 2times a day and that works good for me.

I'm finding that the dose really varies from person to person. I originally thought you had to be really careful about overdose. Apparently not so.
Thanks FREDH

Well yes body types, disease severity, symptom severity. Each person medication requirements will vary widely.
