Default Is MG in my case

Hello,

I'm new here.
About month ago, I suddenly got a binocular diplopia after a short nap.
Ophthalmologist said my CN IV has problem. If I tilt my head to right shoulder, the images separated. If I tilt my head to left shoulder, vision is normal.
No eyelip dropping.

Oribit MRI, head MRI and neck MRA show nothing related to my diplopia.
Now, my primary doctor refer me to see a neurology.
I'm kind of worry if I get MG.
I work out and run 3 miles in a gym 3 - 4 times a week usually.
Since I have concern about MG, I just stopped doing since last week.
Comparing to double vision was happening, my vision now is getting a little better. Images separated no that far as beginning. It seems get better slowly.

How much likely you think my case is MG?

Best,
Josh

Josh,
This does not sound like MG to me.
I have heard of many symptoms, and had my own experience with quite a few,
and this just doesn't sound like it.
However, if they test you for it good. I am certainly no doctor.
