Default Encouraging news

I have been taking cellcept for a little bit over a year now. I am really doing a whole lot better. I am able to work. I am not as strong as I would like to be, but I am really doing great.

I can walk, talk, see, swallow, and generally carry on with life. This is such an improvement from a couple of years ago.

My purpose of bringing this up is to tell the newbies out there that the may be a light at the end of the tunnel. Treatment really can work.

Thanks so much for this news. I have been newly diagnosed and put on Cellcept -- for about two months. I was wondering if it was ever going to help. So far, nothing is better. This gives me hope to hang on. Thank you.

I had good results on cellcept also. I'm now reducing my mestinon and almost off prednisone.

Cell crept seems to take a long time to work. It took about a year for me. I have reduced my prednisone intake by 95%. If I miss a mestinon it doesn't affect me

There is hope.

Have any of you tried Imuran. That was what I was given. Just wonder if you feel cellcept is better. Thanks for any replies.

I was on Imuran for 12 months but it really made me sick. I lost 30 pounds. I couldn't go near a Wendy's.
