Default Holidays

This is my first holiday with health issues. I wore myself out yesterday trying to make Christmas perfect, and now I can't get off the couch. I feel so awful I'm actually scared. Anyone else having a rough day?

Yes it is not only the work but stress makes mine worse. Takes me a couple days to recover.

I am so tired of being tired! Jut sitting is wearing me out. My arms fatigue just from being bent, then tire from being straight, my neck aches from holding my head. My mind foggy from stress of demands I must force myself to complete.
My dr. says I should not have pain, but the fatigue is forever exhausting. The muscles cramps from the slightest flex or repetition.
I hope to start the Mestinon next month. I need relief.

They call this the rag doll disease. I don't fell like a rag doll, I fell like a ken doll. Stiff and sore and too tired to do a damn thing.

Every day is a new day.
